BEST SERVICE | BEST PRICE I called around every place in Boise. Big O had the best price beating everyone else by a huge 25% margin ($150 compared to $206-$275) People Here Were Also INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! I had a few little quirky requests for my dually (getting air valve extensions on the outside tires and swapping my spare into the mix to keep everything even since I was only replacing 3/4 back dually tires) They did everything in their power to make my life easier and accommodate every little ask. PHENOMENAL TEAM | EXCELLENT SHOP

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a massive shout-out to the entire team at this Big O Tires location, but a special thank you to Shilo! He was absolutely amazing to work with while we were waiting on a part to arrive from the BMW store. Shilo went above and beyond to keep me completely informed every step of the way, making sure I knew exactly what was going on and what my car needed to run its best. It is rare to find this level of stellar customer service and dedication. Shilo truly went the extra mile, and the whole crew here is professional, communicative, and helpful. I highly recommend this specific location—they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

On Saturday, 6/7/26, my husband and I were out for a bike ride on our beach cruisers. I noticed my back tire was low. We decided to stop in to get some air in my tire. Shiloh, the manager came out to assist us. He not only filled my tires, he straightened out the stem in the tire and put caps on both of them. No charge. He was extremely kind and we greatly appreciated him. Thank you Shiloh for going above and beyond.

Great local shop with honest folks who do great work. I’ve come in a couple of times with slow leaks and they were super kind and helped me for free. Recently had a punctured tire and decided just to buy a new set from Big O. Prices were reasonable and included a protection plan, and they got me back on the road with an alignment in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend stopping here first before trying some of the other tire shops in the area.

These guys are the bomb. I called and spoke to Chad about an alignment on my Maserati Granturismo. I’d been referred to them by a local BMW shop. Chad was unfazed about taking in a Maserati, unlike some shops. He recommended a 730am appointment with the tech he felt was best qualified. I was on time they were on time. I spoke briefly to the tech after he had had a look at things. He was a taciturn individual told me every adjustment on all 4 wheels were out of spec. He seemed very focused. An hour and 40 minutes later it was done. The car drove noticeably better, not surprising, and turn in is much improved and feels very consistent side to side. I paid my $119 bill and I’m extremely satisfied. I strongly recommend this shop. Thanks team.
